Divorce
It’s so important to have someone help you through this painful time. Recovery from a relationship ending can take some time, so having a supportive person by your side to help you address your emotions, as well as the new changes in your life is incredibly helpful and reminds you that you’re not going through this alone.

Divorce and break-up coaching helps you understand your own and your partner’s roles, find your new identity, heal, and transform. We will address the challenges you are experiencing and work toward recovery. We will explore your family relationships, and how those patterns may have impacted and influenced your relationship, as well as how your role and identity in the relationship may have challenged the maintenance of love and desire.

This time is about growth and understanding. It may not have been a part of your plan, or what you expected to happen, but this serves as a great growth opportunity for you to strengthen yourself. Having hope is incredibly important, and allowing coaching to guide you will lead you to a place that is manageable even when the ending feels debilitating.

What I expect of you:

I expect a serious commitment from you in our work together. I expect you to be open to learning, growing, and receiving feedback that will relate directly to your role in the relationship. I expect you to try not to be defensive, to communicate when you are, and to commit to altering the behaviors that have gotten in the way. When these conditions are met, we have an excellent chance of healing and growing, and getting to a strengthened place where your pain no longer owns you. You’ll be a better version of yourself, and more prepared for all that lies ahead.
